Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items that you want, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept debit and credit card payments through Cardsave/Fastnet which is a secure payment provider. In fact we never even get to see your credit card details.

We have chosen this Payment Service provider as it offers the highest security levels and maximum convenience to enable anyone with a debit or  credit card to buy from us.

We aim to ship all of our sales within 5 working days if the item is in stock. And if it is on backorder we will notify you of when it will be shipped.

The price that you see is the price that you pay.  All relevant taxes are included in the price (17.5% VAT).

Golf Brolly Holder Co accepts that "the customer is always right" and should you decide, within 7 days of placing the order with us, that you want to return the items bought, then please contact us and send them back in the condition that they were sent to you, for a full refund less postage.

Should the item be faulty then please get in touch and we will endeavour to refund or replace the item to your satisfaction as soon as possible.
